recommendation for parcel delivery service

    Can any members recommend a reliable parcel delivery company that they have used that offered a good service and competative prices and for a large box (speakers) weighing 23kg? I`m going to need it picking up form my home and delivered to it`s destination using a 48 delivery service within the UK and have insurance of around £500..
