I have a Ming DA MC34-A07 SE Integrated amp which I am more than happy with.
The rectifier tube is a 274B. Does anyone know what replacements are available?
I have seen a few amps with Mercury vapour and Argon filled tubes. They look cool and would like to use one in my amp. Is it possible to plug and play with such tubes?
    Cheers
    Mike

Hmm .... don't plug and play with rectifier tubes. A few are similar enough to be interchanged but some homework is needed. Will have a dig around later for info on the tube in your amp if there is no response in the meantime.

<edit> - A couple look like they should work - does the amp come with a schematic?
