not to make a long story too long, i was born in spain my parents brought me here to the u.k. in 1968, all the music that i heard as a child were groups based in spain and Eglish, los brabos,"black is black" lone star and so on... when one day in 68 i heard a unfamilier beat on the radio, desmond decker israelites, and fell in love with the rythem and lirics as i tried to understand them, so i went and found where this music was made, hence went to buy ska, rock steady then reggae and i created a sound system witch became well known, and went to work for island records, anyway if any of you have memories of your favourite reggae stars i will like to hear from you,

I love Dennis Brown and of course Mr Night Nurse himself Gregory Isaacs. I have listened to Reggae for 20 years and most of the artists I cannot remember! Many were just here one day gone the next.

There were so many members on stage (Third World) that I wondered how they each made enough money from a concert (a bit like Earth, Wind & Fire - another super group with loads of members!).
