Do you think that the caps on this ebay item constitute good value for money? The seller I believe is a reliable and well known one.

I bought a Stereo 20 a couple of weeks ago and am considering changing all the caps, but haven't really made my mind up as to whether it's a good thing to do yet. TBH I haven't even turned the thing on yet as I've just moved house and there's dust and mess everywhere (it's an old cottage that requires lots of work) so I don't even know if there are any probs with it yet, although I'm hoping to do so today at some point.
