Got a slight break in one of the wires going into the right phone. How difficult would this be to replace the wire in terms of DIY?

I am worried a shop would want around £30+ to do the job. Never had any headphones where the wire has broken so high up but have had a few jacks replaced before.

A HIFI repair shop used to charge me £15 to replace jacks but last time they said it was £35 so I never went back.
