Rotel RCD930AX help

Hi,
I have one of the above. It won't read cds. I thought I'd first try cleaning the lens. I'll try some isopropyl on a q tip and gently rub the lens, then wipe it with a clean q tip. Sound sensible?
Then if that doesn't work I'll order a new transport. Only I don't know what these use. I've spent a while on google and nothing comes up. Can anyone fill me in.

the optical pic up should have its model number on it ?

the rcd971 use a sony ksm 231ccm .....so the schems say

so its a good bet that the 930 may use one too
