ruark accolades swaps or trade

up for grabs my ruark accolades rarely do these come on the used market

the accolades sat at the top of ruarks speaker line up for a good while and still considered by many as the best speakers ruark has made i have owned the crusader 2 and equinoxs and the accolades are vastly better

these cost 2.5 k in the mid 90.s they are a 3 way design all dynaudio drivers and quality van den hull internal wiring at 90 db - 8ohms a very easy load for most amps they are heavy at 45 kgs each and sound outstanding to buy a speaker of similar quality today you would need to spend at least 4k

condition is very good and as with all ruarks the cabinets are finished in solid wood veneers of the highest std [ black ash ]

only reason for moving on is to keep some peace in the household the wife hates the looks

they come with grilles and origanal boxes , pick up prefered but happy for anyone interested to arrange there own courier

my prefrence would be to swap for other speakers anything interesting of similar quality also happy to consider part ex or trade with cash either way , may consider other equipment
