I think I'm turning into a cynical git, because as soon as I read this I knew what the score would be...
..ten tonnes of aircraft versus about 2 grammes of F1 car over a distance of 6 inches - well, how surprised am I at the result.
I can out accelerate a Porsche 911 - but it would all be over in the first 3 feet.
Now if Schui was on foot against the jet and he won over a 600 mtr race, that would be impressive.

Schuey only just won over 600m and lost over 900 and 1200 metres. It was just a publicity stunt for Ferrari but similar car versus fighter jet things have been done before.
