    Is that really any different from:
    - Fuel consumption for cars. I regularly read Car mag, and their test cars are typically achieving 1/3rd less than the manufacturers claims
    - Actual contrast ratios for LCD/Plasma TVs. I believe that they're measured with the screen off, WTF
    - Network speeds over a LAN. Get yourself a 100Mb switch and then see what you really get

    We live in a world full of overestimates.
