I've just been trying them out on my main rig and they sound quite good. With a few Watts up 'em they can fill the lounge quite easily and didn't flinch when given some Leftfield to chew on. They produce a decent soundstage and image well. The bass is quite tuneful - no one-note bass here. Ultimately loudness is limited, you won't be throwing parties with these but they are great for a study or bedroom and won't take up much room.
Partnered with a Sony CDP-XE570 and Cambridge A5 they would make a cracking little system for very little money and would eat any micro-system for breakfast
