Recently started to use the office PC to listen to music. Firstly with the internal soundcard then a USB device (m-audio transit). Primarily used for internet radio through either real player or WMP.
Here's the problem: after around 1 1/2 to 2 hrs sound stops, source is still streaming/playing, soundcard is still connected/working normally according to windows, but no sound. Work around is to eject USB card - disconnect - reconnect and everything is fine again. Same happens with CD or files on HD. Thinking back it occasionally happened with the internal card but not nearly so often.

    Any one got any pointers?
