I have for sale a pair of Adire Audio Extremis 6.4 woofers and a pair of Seas 27TBCD-DXT tweeters (the ones with the diffraction waveguide). I have the original boxes for them too so well packed.

Info can be found for them both on www.zaphaudio.com

They are both some of the lowest distortion drivers in their class. The tweeters have well controlled directivity due to the Seas designed waveguide. The woofers have probably the largest linear xmax of any 7" woofer, and low disto.

If you are tempted to build a dIY speaker these would go together to make an incredible 2 way. If you have the skills to build a good cabinet and crossover these will rival any similar size 2 way speaker of any cost. I just don't have the time or the need!

The Extremis used to cost about £150 a pair, and the tweeters are about £100 a pair to get hold of in the UK.

I'd like £100 for the lot + P&P which will likely be about £20.

I will copy a reply I made to someone on PFM here as ti may be of interest.

    Hi,

There is no design, but there are driver measurements.

There are however some designs using differnt tweeters like this

    http://www.humblehomemadehifi.com/Extremon.html

    This is quite fun, too!

Funnily enough I have a pair of the other tweeters used in both those projects! I'll happily sell you a pair of either of those instead of the waveguide ones here. They are all spare to me. They are all some of the best dome tweeters around (I wouldn't have bought them otherwise). Take your pick.
