Wanted: ss amp wanted

im looking for a second amp. really just want to be able to swap and change a bit.
anything goes. including studio power amps like the yam p2200/ crown dc300a etc.
all i ask is big watts/ power supplies etc. not interested in pretentious casework with no guts!
i only like big heavy things that are a pain to lift. almost tempted to say 15kg minimum with no maximum.
japanese is fine. no valves cheers .

so whats on offer for £300?

condition and appearance not important (really) if its reflected in the price.

I have a Turner A500 power amplifier which is in excellent condition output is 200 watts into 8ohms, has a massive 240volt IE mains transformer, these amps were made in England and are very rarely seen on the secondhand market, and are a particularly good match for Tannoy speakers, want £300 plus postage as very heavy.

thanks mike. from the looks and specs i found its similar to the crown 300. but i had not heard of it before you posted. it is definately on the possibles list.

just to add that i will buy more than one amp if others are offered. i am also interested in large integrated amps. especially japanese ones.
