Subwoofer(s) for 200 euro?

Hello! So I'm on a budget of 200€ and looking to get myself one or two subwoofers for music listening in my house, however I'm just not sure what to pick up... I have been looking at a JL audio 12w1v3 and various JBL models such as the cs1214 (two of the JBL:s). The amp I've chosen is a Rockford Fosgate R500X1D from amazon. Looking for as much bass response as possible while still having a decent sound quality. Any suggestions are welcome!

I have 2 active 230v Focal Cub subwoofers which work seamlessly in my second system....highly recommended...

I have always wondered about car amps, and whether it was really viable to use a 12 volt amp on an AC-DC converter in the home.... Is this something which will work? And what voltage converter are you thinking of using?
