The little 'boys club' of DAB - Ireland, Denmark and the UK seems to be stitched together very loosely indeed... are the seems coming undone?

wht i will like to know is what will happen to all the radio stations within the uk transmitting on dab now having spent a lot of money in their transmiters finding themselves going to what is now an over crouded FM frquency amongst pirate stations ?
