Talking college tuition

One night, this guy comes with this crazy idea to draw 1,000,000,000 visitors into a website. So, he makes a statement that he's aiming it, and lunches a website.

What's the idea behind it? The owner of the website followed all these recent milliondollar websites. While the main goal of the website is to record a number of visitors, the business idea behind it is that if it works, advertisers will buy space and he would be able to pay for his .. tuition.

So far, it's pretty alive, although unknown. The open statistics page shows about 3,000 unique visitors within a few weeks.

I think he should use that new google engine.
