Anyone ever heard her music? Any album you'd recommend? My son wants an album for christmas, and I've not heard of her before. I found a few snippets to listen on the web, but know nothing about this style of music. Which other artists are good in the same genre?

Dont know if you got this for his xmas pressie - if he liked it he would probably like Hiromi. I would recommend Dear Friends II.

Thanks for the recommendation -- I'll look around. I gave up trying to find the CD on-line, and eventually went to a local Asian store, where they had a copy.
