    What a joke, do people honestly think anyone wants to wait 300 seconds between sending replies to PM's when they are busy and trying to do other things?

    This forum requires that you wait 300 seconds between sending private messages. Please try again in 258 seconds.

    I thought it was obvious that it's to prevent (OK, reduce) spamming. What's the issue? :confused:.
