Tomorrow marks SIX months...

Sunny and fine now so no need to head to sports centres. Get on your bike, go for a walk, go play frisbee in the park. Lovely.

yeah, get a football and pretend you're rooney with ya mates!

I won't join a gym on general principle - the principle that if it's boring I won't do it - and using gym equipment is boring to me (no offence). I *have* joined the swimming portion of the gym in Exeter though - so am aiming for minimal twice-weekly swims :)

Cycling at this time of year is fun - you can get a bike for under a tonne. I fell off mine this morning though - gravel on the pavement round the back of the houses where I live. Gutted. Nice grazes and bruised lump. It happens.

Well done on the six months though Paul! I folded after 3 and a half, but will give up for a while again. I never say never, but don't smoke as much as I did before I gave up, so it's not ALL bad for me :)
