TRS to TRRS converter

Hi guys, trying to solder a cable solution for my situation. I want to know what connections I need to make so that I may take an audio signal from a TRS audio device and take that audio into the microphone input to the TRRS cable so that I can take that audio as an input to my phone's trrs microphone jack. Is this feasible? Thanks
