Just a quick question about valve based amps. Are there any restrictions on the layout of the actual tubes within the design of the amp. For example do they have to be a set distance apart. I've already ascertained that it's a good idea to keep the input tube as far from the transformer as possible. I was just wondering if there were any other general rules to adhere to.
