Turntable advice please

I have used both the Mission 774 and RB 300 arms.

Still have the mission 774, Rega is long gone?

The Rega wins for being a single piece design, if that really is of any importance?

However set up wise the Mission is much more flexible.

Far more adjustable, also has the benefit of being able to be damped or undamped.

All IMHO of course.

I know of one UK reviewer who still uses one in his reference system as he says it has the most accurate, widest and deepest sound stage he has ever heard.

Who is that then Ken?

Hi

I wasn't aware of any UK reviewers still using the Mission arm. I remember the arm from way back but have never tried one at home.

Pm me if you need further assistance on this deck !

As to the mission arm this if in good ick is one fine arm....my book says it ran the ittok close... praise indeed back when linn ruled the roost.

If the 101 is a mk 1.....you can up grade to mk11 status relatively simply again if your intrested pm me!

Hi I have read your reply to this gent and wondered if you could advise me on two things where can one get better springs to support the deck (support Pairs of 3) the other is a replacement motor I think mines is on its way out.
