Budget is around 500 for the deck arm combo leaving me 250 ish for a phono stage

I have a Systemdek IIX. I believe the 900 is a later model (correct me please if I'm wrong!) FT's offer sounds like a good deal having researched it and looked for several weeks myself earlier this year.
