Info on these first appeared 5 or 6 year ago - if memory serves, they couldn't stop them vibrating horribly at anything above 50/60mph, so they were only of use for the construction industry etc. at the time. I wonder if we will ever see them in common usage?
I think you are referring to the lunar vehicles.
I was hoping that by now we'd see them on rally cars (just wishful thinking on my part, hoping that they'll get the publicity like the original Quattro received), but I guess they still have some way to go before they are ready for high speeds
