Does anybody know anyone that can supply/ make valve cages for amps. Considering adding a pair as the dog has developed a keen intereest in valve rolling. :)

A small engineering works will do it. I have used a local company called Quadmost Engineering who have made a few things for me in the past. The other company is Hastings sheet metals. They can do fantastic things with metal. What do you want to protect? Is it the TT synergy. If it is I would think layers of Stainless steel with holes cut out for the valves. It would also act a a valve cooler as well.

HI HIFIA - yes it is the Synergy - still sounding fantastic especially swapping to Svetlana Winged C valves - whole new amp. Oddly enough I am in Hastings next week . . . however the problem may be sorted via a local source. Thanks.

No - it's worse than that, she has no sense at all - she's started swapping them around - been trying Telefunkens, NOS Mullards, she even tried a matched pair of Bonio's. It's becoming a nuisance
