I want to replace my MF 3a preamp with a valve pre to feed into my Puresound a30 (it sounds much better with an active preamp than as an integrated). I have looked at the Croft but it only has 3 line outputs and I want 3 plus a tape loop. I have an Ear phono stage so no need for a phono line output. Any suggestions please?

In the old days Croft would sometimes do custom units, so worth asking via a Croft dealer if this is still possible.

I'd recommend Radlett Audio as a Croft dealer and ask for David Wren.

Not much love for tubes here so perhaps best asking on Wigwam or AoS.
