Rotel RCD-965BX, £75 ono, almost mint condition with remote. Rear panel sockets have been placed from the normal PCB mounted ones for panel fit, with a seperate switch (instead of the shorting socket) for the digital out on /off. More details on request.

Rogers LS4a, £40ono, perfect working order, but damaged corner on one plus other marks. Not too bad overall.

Audiolab 8000LX, £160 ono, mint condition bar on tiny tiny mark in the paint, owned from new 5years onld, 2&1/2 years use.

NAD 317, (integrated amp) £140 ono, Excellent condition, with remote (in vgc). Never really found a system for it to work in, 2nd owner item.

Chord Co. Odyssey, 2* 1.9m runs single wire £40 ono, (speaker cable) £140 ono,[/b] Excellent condition, install version (without outer jacket).

Audio Innovations Alto speakers, £85 ono, , as new, used for 3 weeks only so not even run in. Cracking speakers and very very cheap (they don't owe me much). Original box etc.

Wharfedale 500 series tweeters, £10ono taken from Wharfedale 504 speakers (1988 vintage). One good bass driver and boxes in good condition if anyone wants them.

    Cheers

    Hi,

I'm interested in the Rotel RCD-965BX.
I live in London, would the £75 cover postage to me?

    Hi Rui

Yes I believe I can. If I haven't got one stored on the PC of it, it'll have to wait till I'm with it next (couple of weeks probably, as it's been in storage in Wales for the last 2 months).

If you send me your email addy by PM, I'll send it to you. Can't seem to post pictures to sites as I don't have anywhere to host them.

    Cheers

    Updated again.

All you people buying knew speakers for 200 quid, it's time to start sobbing into your beer, the Mystiques have gone. They will be missed, but there going to a writer of childrens stories where they will be made more use of.

    Cheers

Once upon a time, in a land far far away lived a wizard, the Wizard of Timpy. In the wizard's top secret hideout in a cave somewhere just west of Audioland and near the Bay-of-E ;), there were many mystical objects to be found. From tweeters to woofers the animals were all represented here, to cabinets with wadding inside and ports that the sailors brought back, and the binding posts from the fields where sporting legends have played.

...sorry, must be the glorious weather that's having this effect on me! :MILD:

Do you still have the boxes and drivers you posted in 2003. I know its a long shot but I would be interested in them.

    Regards

that 8000LX is a steal. This is at least as good as the 8000S just without the flexibility or remote.. but on a sound for pound rating.. what a cracker of an amp

    Guys, Guys, Guys!!!

Posting correct as of 2003!! Only things going at present are a: Pair of Moudaunt Short System 442's which require new tweeters (have them and new baffle plates but no time to do anything with them).

Cheers for the interest. Must go, and leaving tomorrow to get married at Niagra On the Lake, Canada.

    Cheers
