I don't expect to be a very active member but I had to join to publicly express my thanks to Dean (SCID) for kindly giving my system a critical listen last Thursday. We spent an interesting couple of hours introducing each other to some music we were very familiar with and some that was new to us, at the end of which he confirmed that my speakers weren't giving the necessary extension at either end of the spectrum - apart from that everything went fine
