There are often some on US Ebay - there's a dealer who often sells off secondhand gear from his customers SonicAdvantage. Has some Amati speakers on at the moment.
The change of transformers to UK voltage may be a better bet time-wise that trying to find some Cello gear that made it over here. Although see if you can find a closing down Sony mastering suite somewhere - I heard they used the big Cello pre-amp (the modualr one) in a few (also borne out by an Ebay auction some time ago of one pre-amp from a Sony studio).
