Thanks shrink

Appreciated!
As noted. I'm got currently some Audio Analogue gear on sale. Still, IMHO, and contrary to my own interest as we'll see, I'd say the New Maestro is perhaps a little too much for the Verdi. The Paganini would be a better match, since its bigger brother would tend to stress the Verdi's flaws. Different class altogether, just that.
Æsthetically, the Maestro Mk. II casework matches the Maestrio amp or the class A beasts, so I guess the Paganini would be your call. Bear in mind the the Rossini is the one aimed to complement your amp!
Just for the record, my Maestro Mk.I sounds still better than even the newest Paganini. It's a much more neutral contender. Don't worry, though, I won't tell anyone...:JPS:
Don't forget to pick a neutral interconnect and speaker wire, unless you want to stress the Italian warmth!
Enjoy your search!

Vincula
PS. Shop around. I'm pretty sure there must be a good portion of ex-demo player to be had at bargain prices!
