What is the conformance criteria for Dynamic Resolution Adaptation (DRA) decoder

    Hi,
    Can any one point me the DRA documentation/specification which covers the conformance/acceptance criteria. I did not find the conformance criteria for DRA decoder. So can please help us in finding the conformance criteria for Dynamic Resolution Adaptation (DRA) decoder.
