    Hi,

New here, looking for a new monitoring amplifier and it must have XLR ins.

Preference would be the A21 or A23, followed by the Quad 909 (I can modify cables to address balanced ins on ampbus) and then the ROTEL RB1080.

Will consider other good amplifiers that feature 100-200W per channel and XLR inputs.
If any of you have anything to get rid of, please let me know!

Looking for good cosmetic condition etc. Located in the UK.

    Cheers
    Tom

i'd highly recommend also looking at the cyrus APA7/7.5/monoX amps.

The earlier versions are reasonably priced, and have serious grunt. Very tonaly neutral amps with good current delivery.. and of course... XLR inputs.

Theres also the Bel Canto S300/M300 amps and ref1000's.

The S300 stereo amp should be fairly cheap these days.

    Parasound HCA3500 amp for sale

I have a Parasound HCA3500 for sale, this has both xlr and rca inputs with a power output of around 350 watts per channel, this amp has had some excellent reviews and is the basis for the JC1 power amps, both the HCA300 and JC1s were designed by John Curl one of the most respected amp designers around, the amp is in excellent condition and works perfectly, as it is very heavy collection would be required, I live in SW England.
    thanks
