wtd arm lead tag to fit on cartidge pin

Any kind soul out there got one they could pop in an envelope for me - have a demolished tag on tonearm which needs replacing - darned if I can find a source and hoping not to have to pay £10 Courier delivery charge for somehting the size of a match head!
