WTD - Step Down Transformer

    Does anybody have one of these? I have an Japanese piece of electrical equipment so I think I need a step down transformer

    Yes, I have a Ben Duncan 'Matilda' which converts 115V to 230V and also acts as an isolation transformer. I used this on a US cd player to great effect. You can research the product by going to britishaudio.co.uk

    its a two pin plug that I have got, are usa plugs and Jap plugs the same?
