Will be staying there for a few days middle of next month. Just wondered if anybody had any idea's or info on places to go, things to do etc

Hi,
why not come and visit me for an evening?
Otherwise in Zürich you can visit the old part, have a boat trip on the lake of Zürich.
There are also museums, Operahouse or concerts but I would say London is much better.
What you also could do is to take the train to Luzern ( 50 minutes) and visit Luzern also. If there is a sunny day I would take the train to where I live (40 minutes) and then take the rack railway up to the to of the Rigi and on the way back come to my place.

I'll see if I have any other suggestions. At the moment my brain is working too slowly.
