Although i can't ever see myself moving back down south ever again. I love it up here, apart from the weather ! My kids have become a bit of a novelty when they go down to visit their grandparents in Shropshire with their " lovely little Scottish accents" . They even complain to me; "Dad why can't we be Scottish ?". My eldest is 16 now and has lived here for 12 years I'm sure she qualifies for Honorary citizenship if that what she really wants
