no - I'm fairly sure they asked other forums (but the 'wam first)....there's even mention of it on pfm... :)
 
There is mention on pfm but they were not asked directly (I exist more there than I do here) - perhaps the invitation escaped me (but I don't think so).

Anyway, it's entirely academic as in reality anybody can sign up to the WigWam list.
 
There is also a spreadsheet on WigWam where all forum members can list the equipment they will be taking. Other fora such as this one were also invited to to add to it.

There's a thread somewhere on pfm - we were invited, but I declined. As such pfm is not involved in this event in any capacity at all, though I believe some of our members have signed-up over on HFWW.

Well there we have it - from the mouth of the fish himself. Apalogies MrCat - I must clearly pay closer attention in future.
 
hey, without these events of the past, I wouldn't have made as many friends so I'm for 'get togethers' in general..

but also, one's with equipment swapping over listening to music have the hobby ass over tit IMHO.

If you are not on the spreadsheet, and wish to exhibit please also send me details of your speakers and kit so we can try and allocate you a suitable room.

hope to see you all there, its looking really good. The venue is great and the systems on show cover a very broad range of kit!

No no, all were asked, all are wlecome. We had the best response so got the gig in terms of organising it etc, however, still some rooms available.

As for the kit list, nearly there. It is looking good. 40 rooms full so far.
 
what about people you've banned from the tent ...and not had the good grace to inform them of there crime ?
