Perhaps we should have a get together or something ? or at least be able to say "hi" when we pass in the street !

...I'm North Bucks so if the get together looked like being a good one I would consider a drive up.

My thoughts were more along the lines of an informal "club" for a better term. Sort of having the odd get together on an adhoc basis to bat ideas off each other, like the forum, but being able to listen to different gear etc. may be try and get group discounts from dealers on bulk purchases... Get round to listen or see each other systems ....borrow or lend kit / music /cables / ideas / help setting up gear ... Other ideas would be welcomed

and would be equally applicable to other areas of the country

Ok.... there looks to be plenty of people about......

So what would people think to me throwing an open house ....so we can meet people ?

I'd suggest a saturday .........this would not be so much a listening to music but [though I'm certain we would be able to a bit! ] just a get to know everyone....see where people want to go with it etc.

I've not got huge place but ............ as any one who has already been round can say ! but it will do for starters.
