Solid State amps with 'presence'

Are there any solid state (hybrid?) amps that have that sense of 'presence' that a good all tube design has?

Hybrid - Pathos maybe.

SS - Sugden, Karan, Ayre, Dartzeel - to name a few.

I'm sure there'll be plenty more suggestions to follow.

Thanks for the reply, I have a Sugden A21 and very good as it is, it doesn't, to me, give that same sense of presence that a good valve amp can.

What I mean by sense of presence is that real 'reach out and touch', tangible, 3D sense of performers in the room with you kind of thing....

I like the Sugden and think it makes a pretty good fist of things for SS but wonder if there is better out there
