    You didn't miss much football. The first half was nothing special anyway. Second half was a lot better, and "interesting" due to a couple of refereeing decisions.

    Because Spanish players ran forward before the ball was struck. Having said that why didn't he do that when Paraguay took their penalty? Their players ran even earlier (I guess they might have benefitted from their offence). Also straight after the goalkeeper saved the retaken Spanish penalty he committed a serious foul, which should have meant another penalty for Spain but the referee missed it.

    Yep I think they deserved the win. Thought Germany would create a few more reasonable chances but they didn't.

    Looking forward to the final. :)

    The best thing about the final? I don't care who wins (don't tell Nando:)), because there will a new name added to the championship winners list.

    Having said that I can't help feeling sad for Uruguay and Germany:(.

    If tomorrow's final is as good to watch as today's 3rd place decider we should be in for an entertaining evening.

    Well done to Germany. I look forward to seeing Uruguay in 2014, they should be even better on their home continent.
