ADM9's are made in the UK. I've watched it being done. They do use components such as resistors, capacitors, and ICs, which are made outside the UK, but so does everyone, including you.

The piano black cabinets are done abroad because the finish is not available in the UK. Veneered cabinets are UK manufactured.

The circuit boards are assembled and populated in the UK and are then fitted to the backplates in the UK.

Currently all quality control and testing is done in the UK, mostly by Martin Grindrod personally, - I have seen him do it.

I apologise for that. That will teach me to believe what some people tell me, but I was told they were made in China.
 
That is the main problem of getting the forum more popular with higher traffic, then you become a target for the shills, and the Moriarty of shills is here at his games.
 
Richard, the N5's are made overseas to AVI's specific design, but not the N5 sub which drives them and contains the amps, DAC, etc.

I don't think it's China either.

You are forgiven, there is a lot of bullshit on the forums, usually propagated by neurotic weirdos.

I think this thread has served it's purpose. If it wasn't expected it'd be ironic the way a thread about thread derailment has become derailed :(.
